I went through much time and effort to get this company's local installers to complete the gutter installation on my house correctly. Scott Dennison, the owner, explained that since his companies serve so many people, he and his staff do not have time to worry about customer service. Only a percentage of his customers receive a follow-up phone call from a supervisor to see if the work of the installers was done to the customer's satisfaction. I guess I wasn't one of that lucky percentage! Pros: Good price Cons: Rude Owner, poor customer service more
