I recently moved to TX and needed to find a good artist to make an addition to a tatoo I already had. I had the design, but for some reason it would not transfer. He (Mannny) had to hand-draw it, and let me just say that it was 100% perfect. The only thing was that they were only taking cash that day and everyone had to leave to use an ATM (not in the same strip mall), so just make sure you have cash on you just in case it happens again.
Pros: talent, price, friendliness
Cons: doesn't open until noon
