After reading an earlier bad review we almost didn't try this place. We're very glad we did! We both had the basic 6-oz sirloin dinner. The steaks were thick, juicy, and cooked as ordered. The salads were fresh and generous. Baked potato and Texas Toast were yummy. Service was prompt and quite attentive. The restaurant itself was attractive and clean. And, best of all, the prices were reasonable. Our bill was less than $20. All in all, a very good value. We'll go back and also try some of the other menu items. Carl's offers much more than steaks.
