I had a TERRIBLE experience with these guys. They left me stranded in Boston without any help for getting another ride. The husband was the one I dealt with first to set up the ride. He was the nicest guy. But the wife was another story. She was harsh and unapologetic for the mistake that was made. The customer service was the worst I've ever received. Really. I would go with someone else if I were you.
