Although the food is good, the customer appreciation is clearly lacking. I will not return to this establishment after my last experience. A friend of mine placed a take-out order and was treated very abruptly over the phone. When we went to pick up the order, she tried to convey her disappointment in the rushed manner in which she was treated during her call. She was told point blank by the person behind the counter not to tell her how to do her job. Any business person should realize that a complaining customer is offering a chance to correct a negative impression. This was obviously overlooked here. I'd take a half-decent sandwich served with decency over a ""Regatta"" served with this kind of attitude any day.
