It is really hard finding a computer technician who speaks in a way that I can understand. I've been through numerous tech companies, but was never satisfied since the repairs always found their way to be not fixed and the techs either didn't attempt to have me understand them or just were not understandable. NY Computer came out to fix my wireless network and went a step above to review what was done and what I should do if I have any complications. I was then shown some easy tips for shortcuts, sharing a printer, and backing up files. Definitely much more than I expected and that's why I highly recommend this ""diamond in the rough"" firm.
