A lot of money for nothing. 2/25/2008

We took our little dog there for an "evaluation". The trainer didn't even look at the dog. He then talked us into a training package (I know my fault) of $1,300 and took our dog for two hart breaking weeks. Also be warned that while they have your dog they charge you for all kinds of little extras that you will feel guilty not to buy (a bed, treats, play time) these add up fast. When we got our dog back she barely knew three commands (the trainer got the dog to do them she still won't do them for me). We we're also told in order to keep her from digging, "don't let her outside when your not there" and to keep her from chewing, "put her in a crate". This is all advise I could of got from a book for about $1,300 less. Then they told me I needed to spend another $150-$200 on a shock collar or as they call it an "Easy Button"! My dog has been back for 2 days now she is not as playful as she used to be she is timid especially for a 10 month old puppy and she doesn't come to us when she's called now. I have to go to training sessions every week now at their location, I hope this gets better. If it does I will make sure to change this, but so far not impressed at all. Hmm, the only three positive reviews came in the last week. I imagine there was a memo from their marketing department. Pros: Friendly Cons: Waste of money...lot of money more
