When Galaxy Nails moved to their new location, I was thrilled. It was an owner operated business, who took great pride in making their customers feel remembered and welcomed. I was a bi-weekly customer who had the best-looking wraps in the neighborhood. Pedicures were about once a month, and they were pretty great too. A few months ago, the owner sold the business. While some of the staff stayed, most of the best ones left. They are still satisfactory, but the personalized service is long gone. You won't be disappointed with your manicure, but you won't be thrilled either.
