My first experience was a walk-in and from that moment I was hooked. The customer service is superb, the knowledge base is phenomenal (continuing education, up-to-date techniques). My hair is short and thick and Meredith knew exactly from day one that I was a good candidate for razor-cutting to texturize and style my hair. Meredith is one of the friendliest and sweetest people; which seems to be the norm at J Thompson .... from the front desk to the shampoo bowls it's a friendly, comfortable place .... I truly believe that their customer service sets them miles apart from any other salon. Jennifer and Brett Thompson have a remarkable team and a beautiful salon ....
