Purchased a XBox 360 Pro for my son there on 12/8/07 and paid $59.99 for "replacement" contract on it. With all accessories purchased at that time and a couple weeks later, spent well over $1,000. Counsol quit working week of 12/1/08. Carried it into the store with original box, wires, etc. Counter person refused to honor replacement, so I asked to speak to the manager. Manager was a real AXX.\r

Told my wife and I we purchased a service plan not a replacement plan. Wouldn't replace--but offered to send to Microsoft for us and it would take 2-3 weeks to replace. Told the manager I wanted to talk to his boss. He said to call corp #. So I did, while standing there. Person at corp HQ was nice and first, ended up telling store manager we DID have replacement plan.\r

Manager then told HQ person that he couldn't honor it because we didn't have all the original items in the box. This was the two 'free' games that came with it. I told them we never played those CHEAP free games, h
