I should probably not comment on this apartment complex, now that I am still renting. However, I feel that I have to, to inform other potential tenants the way I wasn't told.\r

I didn't have high expectations at all, as it wasn't really my decision to stay here. I was actually looking at a couple other places, most of which offer much more spacious rooms and better on-site facilities at relatively the same price, possibly $80 higher per month. It was my roommate, however, who convinced me to stay here because he didn't want to spend an extra $40 on his part, the ample parking lot (though he didn't have a car), and because he can easily get on a direct bus to school..\r

I moved here in October 08 and I must say that I still can't feel settled or at home up until now as the apartment has been plagued with problems of all sorts, e.g. bed bugs, poor toilet design led to clogs twice(in 2 months!), faucets always leak etc etc. Calling the "24-hour" maintenance is pointless and complaining
