This is a beautiful brief commute, I'm very happy to have gotten to do it while I was living on the island before I moved to the city. The Bainbridge ferry is always really clean and if there's a mess or dangerous area due to the rain the employees are very fast to close it off or put a sign up. Some of the tellers on the Seattle side have been very rude to me on a few occasions. I've missed the ferry because they were ignoring me and having a loud conversation with one another inside the booth. It's a shame people like that have customer service jobs, but I'm still going to ride the boat every chance I get, Bainbridge is amazing.
