I would rather see the village idiot than this dr. 12/23/2008

Where to begin? I have never had such a bad experience with a doctor or a doctors office. First expect to wait 45 to 50 minutes per appointment. Second, if this is not feasable and you have to reschedule expect to be threatened by the office or doctor or both. Third, if asking about the inflexibility expect to hear that the money from your doctors appointment is more valuable than your time. Fourth, if you have any problems whatsoever expect to hear that it is a natural part of pregnancy that includes sky rocking systolic and diastolic pressure and extreme headaches. Fifth, forget that you have any control over the delivery of your own child. Sixth, expect to be diagnosed by a textbook which is dangerous in itself. Seventh, expect to have a medical assistant have opinions about your case which are above his or her level of education. Eight, expect to hear wrong and conflicting information from this doctors office. Ninth, expect to waste all your time and be told that there is no such thing as back labor by this doctor. Tenth, sleep tight knowing that this doctor has been disciplined by the CT Medical board where he was fined 10,000 for ignoring a fetus in distress during labor and the baby had to be flown to New Haven after the doctor delivered the baby by prying it out of the mother. Eleventh, wake up reassured knowing this doctor has been successfully sued for being incompetent. Twelfth, expect Zero privacy whatsoever, the last time I was there in the lobby the midwife was discussing the procedures of a miscarriage to an obviously distressed couple. Thirteenth, pray that when the day does come around this doctor goes off duty and a competent doctor delivers your child. Pros: He has free stuff Cons: You might live if you have no complications more
