I was extremely skeptical, being that I needed to remove a dark birthmark that covered a quarter of my face, and I had already attempted to laser it twice in the past. I went in and immediately felt at ease, as the Dr. took 45 minutes to just sit and talk to me, explain how they work their magic (very scientific, as they are actual MD's). This place has a method unlike any other laser institute out there, using natural components of your body to work with the laser. They gave me hope and told me that despite two different laser institutes I went to, they could help me. Now, several months later, I can go to the gym without make-up and don't have to wear super heavy make-up, because my birthmark is nearly non-existent! Dr. Pien changed my life.
