went for a haircut and left with the worst cut ever. one side longer than the other in the back and it was so short I couldn't get it fixed without shaving it off. For the price I paid, I was VERY disappointed. I have not been back for services but I do purchase AVEDA products there.

Cons: Stylists are lacking skills for the prices they are charging
