Our technician was Terry who was very friendly, courteous and prompt. He was very efficient and thorough and we were very satisfied with the results. What I liked about this company is that everything is included - they don't charge extra fees for this and that - everything is included in the price. The idea of ""dry cleaning"" the carpet was new to us and we loved that we could walk on the carpet immediately. We would recommend this service to anyone who asked.
