I am in graduate school and consequentially experience perpetual anxiety and tension. I visited John for a massage, mostly because I was hoping for an hour or so of relaxation (which I did in fact experience). What I found also was that, during the week following my massage, I felt generally more relaxed, rested, and productive. The studio is is beautifully decorated in soothing earth tones, and the music John played during the massage created the perfect repose. Jon's skilled technique, coupled with the calming elements of the massage setting, were the perfect remedy for tight, tired muscles due to stress and exhaustion.
