I called to speak to a representative at 1230 in the afternoon and I let the phone ring for at least five minutes. I was calling from my cell that I bought there. so used five minutes of air time for nothing, nobody ever answered, I just had to hang up. I bought two car chargers in a row from there for my cell phone that did not work too by the way. I would not deal with this Best buy EVER if I was you. Pros: lots of stuff Cons: stuff does not work more
