I had a terrible experience at this OfficeMax in Orland Hills next to the Circuit City in December 2008 - they pulled the old bait and switch. They did not honor the sale price listed on a item and said it was expired and that they failed to take the sale price off the item. Any store that does not honor the price they have listed next to an item is not a store anyone should want to do business with - not to mention an unapologetic response.
