Friendly and courteous. Honest when asked about added service and the fact none was needed. But, they failed to fully inflate my tires after billing over $650 for high quality Goodyear tires which included mounting and balancing. How do you do that with under inflated tires? I had to stop after I was on the road to fix and properly inflate. Very annoying.
