We have been going to Cooley's over the past decade, its in a great location, has the unique feel of a family owned establishment and for the most part the menu has lots of choices. There has been a slow downward trend on the quantity of food and the quality of service, causing us to go much less than previous years. I would recommend going for lunch they have a great sandwich selection, great soups and wonderful deserts. If you have an issue with smelling like smoke when you leave then you should avoid. Overall still beats the crud you get at Applebee's and Ruby Tuesday's.
