I know the earlier critic had a bad experience, but I am a ""regular"" with these guys--and an older female-- and I am amazed by how fair they are. My ""check engine"" light was on and my heart was in my throat waiting for the bad news--when I picked up the car Nat (one of the owners) told me my gas cap was loose and only charged me a few bucks for the diagnostic. Same thing happened just yesterday. I had a really horrible squeal comng from under the hood. If they had told me it was a $300 job I would have been relieved. When I called them they said they had tightened the belt, which stopped the squeal--and charged me $25. $25!!!??? It costs me more than that to fill up. I think these guys are great and really trustworthy.
Pros: Fair and trustworthy mechanics
Cons: A little out of the way but worth it.
