Had to put a heating unit in a rental. His price was going rate and he was able to pull permits, however he had to come back numerous times to get building and safety to sign off on it. Might use him again, however may try someone else, as I felt we had to constantly watch over the job, to make sure it was getting done properly
Pros: Did the job when promised
Cons: Lots of follow up calls necessary and he takes too many jobs
