I ordered over the internet and received a prompt confirmation of my order from Golden Oak Stables.
My order was mailed and arrived at my home in less than three days. Needless to say I was thrilled as it was my daughter's Christmas present (a Breyer horse, of course) and when I ordered it, it was only a few days before Christmas.
