Let's get one thing straight. . .I am not an athlete and have never been in top modeling condition! To say that I am coordinated would send my whole family falling out of their chairs in hysteria! A friend told me about some kickboxing classes so I decided it was time to get rid of that nice 35lb addition I had accumulated. We went to The Boxing Club(lava) and it was a good workout. The unfriendly sales guy got me to sign up but after a month I realized this place was not getting me the results I wanted. I found AB on the web and liked the idea of SMALL classes. I was a little intimidated at first because people looked like they really knew what they were doing!! I soon discovered that I would not only get my results with such great personal attention but I would actually learn Muay Thai! Not kickboxing;-) This place is run by a couple who actually care about their members! I have made some life long friendships, not to mention great business contacts. I recently got a chance to lead the class warm up and help another beginner with his technique, if my mom could see me now! LOL Seriously satisfied with my new family I found. OH. . . did I mention. . . I lost 40lbs :-)
