I recently went to this store in search of some help. They were so nice and helpful. They answered all my questions and directed me in the right direction. THe owner even showed me around the store and introduced me to other customers who were there. I am new to the area, and it was just what I needed. I felt so welcome. I was not pressured to purchase anything, they were just wonderful. I returned and then purchased a wonderful machine. What good will ambasadors for the area. They have my business, for sure
