I was disappointed with one of the staff who was trying to help me but was not helpful. I learned how to do beads before, and I had ideas of what I was looking for based on my instructor?s recommendation, but the staff kept demeaning my instructor?s ideas without helping me find solutions. I felt being looked down, and it was not pleasant to listen to her reasons of why I ?should not do? and what I ?cannot do? due to my limited skills and knowledge. I left for another store where I found solutions together with the store staff (which was easy and fun). My experience is limited with one staff (there were two other staff when I visited there), but the quality of her customer service was poor. Although the store looked decent, I do not think I will go there again since I found a better and more pleasant store to go to. It is important for me to enjoy my hobbies and shopping.
