Not sure what these other reviewers are talking about. My experience with this office was very positive. Once you understand that an REO sale is strictly a business deal and not your more typical emotional seller/buyer sale. I found the people here to be courteous and very helpful. We submitted our offer, were countered by the seller the next day and we had a deal. We closed the deal within 30 days, no hassles and no issues. Found this group to be easy to deal with and the escrow process was straight forward and quick.
