I stumbled upon this site and read the reviews for Pooch Paradise and totally beleive these other reviews. I once worked for Heather and she has no business working with animals period. She is VERY aggressive with animals, plus she dosen't know a thing about cleaning up. Grooming shops need to be disinfected daily for obvious reasons. Be very afraid to bring your pets here.
Cons: good chance of your pet to be traumatized
