Our appointment was Saturday, December 27 at 1:30pm. It was my sister, mom, and myself. I had no idea what to expect but my sister was really excited to go because of pictures she saw online. As soon as we walked in I was turned off. The way they have a ""hostess"" that checks you in and not even promptly at that screamed ""no customer service here"". We had to wait about 10 minutes before my sister was even able to ""check in"". There were multiple groups of women standing around together waiting to pay, check in, and go upstairs. I am used to stores that are very personal, one on one, and have limits on how many can be in your group. We only had to wait an additional five minutes after my sister was checked in. We were led upstairs and told to take our shoes off; the shoe shelves are a great idea in the nook.
Pros: the other area shops, cute and very fun! , our sales girl was very sweet to my mom
Cons: too many people, too many appointments at once, only on street parking, feeling pressured and rushed
