I took my car here for a routine oil change. I was told after their inspection that I also needed tires and front brake pads. I thought their price for tires was high, so I had my oil changed and took my car to another shop for the tires and brakes. The other shop replaced my tires, but said that I do NOT need brakes, they were in fact at 45%, which is still perfectly fine. What I discovered about this Firestone is that the mechanics work on commission as opposed to being paid hourly. Perhaps that is why they wanted to cheat me. I highly recommend staying away from this establishment and find a smaller company that cares about their reputation.
