We experienced a horrible rain, and the water started backing up in the Mother-in-law suite in our home. I called CC&R, and they were quick to respond. Mr. Irvin had the water gone, and my carpet dried in no time. He then explained to me about the mold possibilities, due to the water, and was able to treat the carpets to prevent it. He was knowledgeable, and helpful. His prices were competitave, and we were very pleased with his service. His staff was friendly, and at a time we were worried about our property, he was so helpful.
