Awul customer service. I had some grown out blonde highlights. I asked the girl to put in some blonde highlights. She said with my grown out highlights, it might look nice to put back in some of my natural color, which is an ashy color. I agreed. When she was drying it, I remarked that it looked VERY red/orange. She said, ""Yes, I couldn't put the ashy color on over your previous color, so I went with the red."" This was NOT okay with me, and she did NOT discuss this with me before hand. I called to schedule a fix, told her to get the red out, she put a few foils in, and said she ""toned it down"". It is still red. I placed a call to the manager, but have not heard back. I will never ever be returning.
