Avis promised my family and me a large SUV for a Christmas trip we were taking to the mountains, booked it, got a confirmation number, etc. Called to confirm the day before and the reservation had vanished. Edward, the manager on duty, personally ensured that a large SUV would be set aside for us. This was an issue of safety for my family and I'm most appreciative. Thanks, Edward.
