They would not fix my vans problems that should have been covered under warranty because they either couldn't hear the same noises I do on a cold day, or it ould have been excessive usage???. But, once I took a civic in and told them " I think I need a new clutch" they put a new one without argument and diagnoses. Guess what: it wasn't the clutch, but they didn't refund my money and said we did what we were told. Pros: hondas Cons: bad service more
