Without going into the specifics, I had a small mishap with my color with one of the hairdressers. I wasn't very happy about the situation, so I emailed the owner (Joe Carling), who responded immediately. He asked that I come in so he could take a look. He agreed with the situation: however, rather than compromise the condition of my hair, he gave me some excellent products to use. I met with him a few weeks later and he added some highlights. The moral to this story is Yes: hairdressers can make a mistake, but with this type of customer service, you need never be afraid.
