I have been taking my pets to Dr Skains for almost 8 years and have not ever had any of the problems described by the first three reviewers. I have always found the staff to be friendly and warm, the atmosphere conducive to keeping pets healthy and the vets to be knowledgeable and helpful. The pricing is consistent and reasonable.
