I have rented from this location a few times in the past couple years. I have been burdened by rude employees. I have received older model cars that have been neglected and left unclean. I was even hassled by a manager over the number of miles I put on a car I rented with an ""Unlimited Mileage""\r

There are a number of other companies to rent cars from in the Duluth airport. Use one of them instead of Hertz.
