So we called for service through our normal avenues. Yeah rite lol. That was a joke. then a friend of the family said to call docs appliance and so we did. It was one of those moments in your life when you say to yourself ""Where have you been all of my life"" The technician Scott and the service manager tom handled everything. It was under manufacturer warranty for parts thank goodness. unfortunately labor was not covered through whirlpool, but no matter, the other companies wanted like 3 grand to fix it because they don't do whirlpool warranty. docs did it for under a grand and were dedicated to making it work in my opinion better then it did before! Its a 6 thousand dollar refrigerator and docs was a blessing. I will continue to use them and would recommend them to anyone. As for the negative people all i have to say is: you are few and far between positive word of mouth is the most powerful form of advertising and in a very small community like utica it worked miracles for me!
Pros: theyll do whatever it takes
Cons: unfortunately appliances brake
