We were using a scheduling software solution from a different vendor that required us to log on to many different systems to accomplish the tasks we needed to get done. It was time consuming and created many inefficiencies for our staff.
We wanted a fully integrated scheduling and online ordering system. We chose SCI Solutions and are very happy with the choice we made. Their products create a total access solution that is fully integrated. We started with them in October 2007 and went live in with Order Facilitator in January 2008. We have since rolled out Schedule Maximizer (6/08) and Provider Portal (10/08) and are going live with the consumer portal in January 2009.
The roll outs have gone very smoothly. Implementation time was what they said it would be.
In fact, they were were here on-site for almost a week after our launch with a big crew.
Everything has proven to by very user friendly. From our point of view, the SCI product cuts down on training time and creates efficiencies because our staff is more productive (its much faster to schedule something with SCI).
Customer service and support has been fantastic. If we want something, they work to find the answer. They are willing to be creative. I like working with a vendor that says "we can find a way to make that work until we can add that feature" rather than "sorry it doesn't work that way". I highly recommend SCI Solutions.
