The first appointment for my daughter lasted over 3 hours, and they left her sitting in the room by herself. I thought they forgot about her. Her teeth were not even cleaned that day! The next appointment for her cleaning was delayed by 30 minutes, and then they tried to get me to do a cancer screening not covered by my insurance ($30 on my 10 year old), and told me if I didn't do it, they would dismiss me as a patient! Needless to say, we are never going back here!
