We've had Woods Okemos Marathon do a number of repair jobs. They have always been fine, fast, and reasonably priced, so we keep going back for minor things. However, we did learn that the facility doesn't keep records of their work and nothing is computerized. We now are very careful to keep our records of work done there so we can go back later and know when repairs were done and what was done, especially if a part is warranted. Knowing this, we are satisfied with them as a dependable, honest shop for minor to moderate things at a fair price.
