Lets just say my car came out worse than when I brought it in. When I brought it in the coil spring was fractured due to corrosion. This was a recall and would have been replaced free by the manufacturer, but Monro was unaware of this. So I had the work done, and they had me replace the struts as well. Basically because they were unaware of this recall, I spent about $800 instead of maybe $200. One would expect a large chain would have recall information handy. You should go to a local mechanic you can trust. more
