Sure they got they job done. But they managed to disrespect my house and my mother in the process. I wasn't present at the time but my mother did inform me that when asked to take off their shoes to walk on the carpet, they refused and had a bad attitude about it. When I called the manager he did not seemed too concerned with the problem. If you don't care how you get your tv fixed, then it doesn't matter, give them a call. But if you actually want to good, respectful customer service, I recommend you look elsewhere.
