Citizen's Cable TV is dependable and offers a good range of TV viewing choices. We've been customers for several years and enjoy their friendly service and pretty fast response time.\r

The longest wait we've had was in switching from basic cable to digital cable, as they had to program the converter boxes for our account. This was well offset by the fast service we enjoyed when one of the boxes was malfunctioning. They quickly came back and replaced the box, no charge.\r

I recommend them and am thinking of expanding to Citizen's other choices, such as High Speed Internet. Their packages and pricing are reasonable.
Pros: The up time for viewing is better than our satellite was.
