I also have had a horrible experience with BB&T since I opened up account there 1 month ago. I had a direct deposit for a substainal amount and deposteid an Investment check from Fidelity drawn on Deustche Bank. The investment deposit was made through the ATM on a Thursday a.m. The following Monday a.m. I checked my account on line and discovered there had been a hold placed on that amount and I had paid some bills in the mean time. I called and spoke with Lisa Burch the branch manager of the Garner location who had no common sense what so ever and no customer skills at all!. If the computer didn't tell her exactly what to do she couldn't make a ""common sense"" decision on her own. I eneded up resolving my issue with a Branch Manager at a RTP location who was very understanding and customjer savy. I am just hoping that my experience with the Garner location isn't a reflection of my future experiences.
