Go anyplace but Citizens - This is the worst bank to deal with I have ever seen - if you have a problem they refuse to help and refuse to let you talk to a manager - Thats Our policy is the standard answer-- I have never had a problem at any bank except this one - many hidden fees and policys to watch out for --- Dave
