Mike is a thug. He does good work, on time, but you always feel like you're being set up for his next job. And he has anger management issues. He threatens his customers and is quick to tell you that he builds lawyer collection provisions into his work orders. I paid 1/2 upfront for an emergency job then he hung up on me twice when I tried to make payment arrangements with him. I offered him cash and he still threatened me. I thought it would be good to use a local guy to do local work, but never him again.\r
Pros: shows up...calls when late
Cons: threatens you before, during & after the job is done
