Not long ago my sister started to go to Dr. Singer for dental work. She said one day when I was having tooth pain that I should go to see him. Since I have dental insurance through work I could go and see what could be done. When I first visited Dr. Singer?s office I was a bit hesitant because of work I had in the past. Dr. Singer saw me personally, not an assistant. He spoke to me for about 10 to 15 minutes told me he was going to take some x-rays and we would go from there. A girl came in and explained to me in detail what was going to happen and if I had any questions. She took the x-rays and Dr. Singer came back in about 5 minutes and went over my x-rays. \r

He explained everything in detail that could be done about my apparent neglect. Never once did he look down at me or give me this look of ""better than me"" because I didn't have perfect teeth. It was quite comforting, even though it was bad news. There was no high pressure sales approach to me having dental work done at his office. When I was finished we went to the front office and Dr. Singer asked me if I wished to proceed. He gave me his opinion, I agreed, and he showed me how I could afford what needed to be done since my dental insurance really doesn't cover much, to my surprise.\r

When I decided to go to Dr. Singer?s office for treatment he had everything planed. When to come, how long it would take, what Dr?s I would be seeing, everything and if there ever was a problem with scheduling they worked with me. I needed several procedures so they did only so much work at one time to not leave me laid-up for long periods of time. Plus my visits were no more that 45 minutes. Wow, minimal pain, no long visits, I might even start to like the dentist. The work that Dr. Singer and his team did on my teeth amazed me. Who knew I needed that much work? Who knew how much I wasn't smiling? I am so impressed with the work and experience that I received from Brighter Dental that I tell everyone to visit.
