VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE - POSSIBLE HR PROBLEM???? 11/19/2008

Very rude customer service at the reception desk. Today I made an appointment to get my cat vaccinated and spoke w/Sharon. I explained to her that I was unaware that my cat was overdue on vaccines until I personally went into the clinic while I was taking care of my other kitty. At that time, I requested print outs of all my animals needs and are tending to them now. Sharon treated me like I was an idiot because she said 2 years ago I was sent something in the mail telling me they were overdue. I told her that I didn't recall receiving anything and she verified my address. All was good there. I asked her if reminder cards went out thereafter and she replied no. Perhaps, my mail was misrouted or it was never mailed from the vet clinic. Whatever the case was, she was extremely rude. I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THAT CLINIC. On the flip side, the doctors are knowledgeable and professional. I hope someone is monitoring this site and ensures their frontline personnel are courteous to the customers...after all the customers are the ones paying thier mortgages and carnotes!!!!!
